Looking for an immediately available Hard Services Manager, to work for a multi-national Facilities Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This a is a great opportunity to join a reputable FM company who have recently been awarded a 5 year contract offering great stability and a platform to enhance your career. The position will be working as the Managing Agent on a Government Facility, responsible for the engineering team, maintaining of all the systems, equipment and plant on site.
The position is an urgent requirement and to be considered for the position you must be available to start on the 1st April. If you can\'t start within this deadline you will not be considered.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ facilities management experience
- In-depth HVAC expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
- Project management and supervising and coordinating the work
- Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements
- Performance management techniques to drive and monitor the team
- Monitoring budget, quality control and key performance indicators
- Reporting on performance
- Regular coordination and communication with the Asset Manager and Facilities Director
- Degree Qualified (Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
