Job description / Role
Our client who has a well established Restaurant in Riyadh is looking for a Head Chef to lead his culinary team. We are looking for a Chef who has experience of working with International cuisine and Fusion cooking.
Salary:
SAR
18,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
This is a large establishment which is divided into three very different areas and styles of food.
• Ideally the candidate should be mid 30’s and have worked in a Head Chef position before.
• Experience of Leading, mentoring, and managing the culinary team.
• Developing and plan menus and daily specials.
• Managing food costing and inventory; dealing with budgets and food costing.
• Maintaining standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
This position is an immediate role.
