Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: KSA
About the Client:
A well known international coffee brand that has various coffee shop outlets
Job Description:
• Create quality recipe and menu items
• Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
• Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
• Control and direct the food preparation process
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• With at least 3 years of work experience as a Head Chef
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course/ certificate
• Candidates must be locally available in KSA
