Job description / Role

Head Chef – Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Immediate Start

Salary SAR 16,18K + Accommodation

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to run a kitchen brigade of 20 dealing in International fayre, for an established restaurant in KSA.

• This restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and does generally 140-160 covers a day.
• The role is 48 hours a week, accommodation and transport is provided.
• Due to visa restrictions, we are looking for a Sri Lankan, Eastern European or European applicants.

Salary:
SAR 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process, ensuring the food cost is kept in check
• Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the quality
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
