Head Chef

Job description / Role

Our client is one of the PIF investment arm in KSA in the entertainment sector, and currently seeking for 2 Head Chefs to be based in Tabuk or Abha complexes in the Kingdom.

The successful candidates:
• Must have experience in casual dining concepts with high standards and branding.
• Must have experience in GCC, KSA strongly preferred.
• Will be based in Tabuk or Abha (remote location)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience in developing F&B stand-alone menu development.
• Materials control software, KDS, menu engineering and recipe management essential.
• HACCP intermediate leadership level required.
• Exposure and development on Culinary marketing strategies.
• F&B profit & loss at multi brand level relevant to Culinary performance COG’s.
• Experience in managing large Culinary teams essential.
• Pre-opening experience and brand launch experience preferred.
• Ability to apply required service culture, training & development programs throughout the team.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years hands on experience in a similar role managing multiple F&B casual dining multi brand operations.
• F&B, restaurants and/or casual dining experience is a must.
• HACCP or Food Safety Certifications

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
