We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to ljoin the culinary team of our client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
- Develop and design menus that reflect creativity and market trends while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with management to plan budgets and implement strategies for business growth.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- 5-star hotel experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage kitchen staff effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Creative mindset with a commitment to innovation and quality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary:
SAR 14,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
