Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a rapidly developing restaurant group who are looking to hire a Head Development Chef to join their team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a senior level where you can continue to grow and excel. You will also be reporting directly to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee a team of 15 brand chefs. This role is carefully balance between kitchen/culinary and the business side of things. You will oversee all staff training, menu development across multiple cuisines as well as full menu generation for new brands moving forward.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a hands on operational culinary professional with extensive experience in training and menu development. You should also be an outgoing, energetic go getter. The ideal candidate should be currently working as a Development Chef or Executive Chef either in a restaurant or hotel within the region. Experience in multiple cuisines is an advantage.
