Company
Our client is a professional Investment Firm, licensed by The Saudi Capital Market Authority. The company offers investment services in Investment Funds. They are currently looking to recruit an Asset Management ? Head for their office in Riyadh

Reporting to:
Chief Executive Officer

Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient implementation of fund’s and DPM’s portfolio strategies and guidelines. Take part of and supervises the coordination between the AMD offices in Beirut and Riyadh. Overlook the general workflow within the Asset Management Dept. Provide involved parties with relevant market analysis. Increase the assets under management. Supervise the operations of Investment Funds and the relation with counterparties, and establish new investment funds.
• Contribute to the preparation of corporate strategic plans to achieve objectives
• Ensure achievement of marketing and business development goals and objectives
• Create conditions for effective institutional relations with relevant external organizations, government agencies, associations and corporations
• Ensure proper utilization of corporate resources and ensure achievement of expected returns within reasonable risks
• Ensure the operation of the divisions adhere to all relevant regulations and legislation
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of suitable corporate culture and corporate image
• Create conditions for high employee motivation, performance and harmonious relations within the company

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 450,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Masters in Business Administration
• Experience in Fund Creation and all related fund management
• 5 years’ experience in a similar job
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
