Job description / Role

1.Responsible for the design team management
2.Take overall responsibility for technical management of bidding and live projects, including technical strategy, scope definition, design deliverables planning, and technical risk identification/mitigation.
3.Establish and continuously improve internal management systems, standards, templates and workflows (e.g., design review, drawing control, technical approvals, change management, coordination protocols) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
4.Responsible for structural design, design review and design optimization.
5.Stakeholder & Consultant Management. Serve as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, authorities and JV/project teams; manage external consultants and third-party resources to ensure aligned expectations, timely decisions, and compliant, high-quality deliverables.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and accept short-term business trips.

1.Proven department/team management experience in a design organization, with strong coordination capability with both internal partners and external stakeholders (clients/consultants/authorities).
2.A Bachelor's Degree in Civil /Structure Engineering. A Master's Degree or PhD in Civil /Structure Engineering is preferred but not required.
3.Minimum ten (10) years of professional engineering design or construction experience.
4.Chartered Member professional bodies in Civil/Structure Discipline.
5.Familiarity with international Structure design standards, especially adopted in projects in Middle East countries.
6.With a wide range of Structure experience covering building, road and bridge, marine works.
7.Proficient in professional software.
8.Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
9.Gender: Male. Age: under 45 years old.
