Head of Finance

Job description / Role

The role is responsible for overseeing the Finance and Control activities by ensuring the development, implementation and enforcement of all financial, accounting and treasury policies.

Duties include:
- Provide expert advice to the finance teams related to financial management and reporting operations
- Oversee and approve effective financial control
- Lead the evaluation and management of the companies capital adequacy
- Oversee the development of the companies corporate annual budget
- Articulate, develop and update the Finance & Control division
- Consolidation and reporting of financial results

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- ACCA, CIMA - REQUIRED
- ACA/CPA
- 12-15 years of experience
- Strong investment accounting background
- Experience in Financial planning, budgeting and Reporting
- Visioning and Alignment
- Negotiations and influence
