Head of HR - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading Conglomerate looking for a Head of HR to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of a Head of HR to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA.

Responsibilities would include:
- Setting up policies and procedures for the HR function
- Developing recruitment strategies and be involved with recruitment of all staff from store staff to senior management
- Initiating training and development programs for all staff at all levels
- Designing employee incentive schemes, bonus schemes and benefits policies
- Processing payroll and ensuring effective reporting of staff figures
- Designing and developing company culture and values including employer branding
- Creating job descriptions and measurable KPIs to initiate an effective performance management system

Requirements

- Experience in recruitment, training and performance management of store staff
- 6 to 8 years of HR experience with the last 3 years in management position
- RETAIL background preferred
- Experience in setting up an HR function with no additional HR personnel support
- Ideally candidates will be based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate to the city
