Head of HR - KSA National - Riyadh
A government entity in Riyadh are seeking a KSA National Head of HR to drive the set up of the HR function.

Description
* Support with the development of the HR strategy
* Design the organisation structure and job grading
* Create job descriptions and competency frameworks
* Develop policies and procedures
* Create function process flows including performance management, recruitment, training
* Create employee handbook
Job Offer
* Salary is flexible for the right person
Requirements
* Must be a KSA National (female would be preferred to support the female workforce vision)
* Based in Riyadh
* 8 years experience in a similar role
* Start up HR function experience a MUST
* Government experience would be preferred as well as multinational exposure
