Job description / Role
Head of Human Resources - KSA - Arabic Speaking
Handling all aspects of Human Resources for KSA and acting as a business partner to implement strategy and vision for KSA HR policies, procedure and process.
Based from Riyadh and covering all KSA offices. Reporting to the HR Director.

Description:
* Deliver HR/People Strategy for Saudi Arabia, in order to fully align with the business plan and achieve short, medium and long term business objectives.
* Implement the short, medium and long term goals within KSA head office (Riyadh) and across KSA . Work closely with the HR Director to drive the delivery of business objectives. To direct and lead a strategic, professional and best practice HR department within KSA.
* Deliver specialist knowledge and expertise on all aspects of people management to include but not limited to: employment law (KSA), recruitment and promotion, reward and learning & development.
* Accountable to deliver consistency in application of all HR policies, procedures and practices.

Requirements
* Minimum 8+ years stable and progressively responsible Human Resources generalist experience within MNCs (multinationals) which must include a minimum of at least 3+ years at Senior HR Manager/Head of HR level.
* It is essential to be arabic speaking
* It is essential to have experience and knowledge of Saudi Arabia labour/employment laws
* In-depth and extensive knowledge of HR policy, processes and systems to Head of HR level
* Ideally the successful candidate will be already based within Saudi Arabia
* Applicants must also already be located within the Middle East
