The Head of Institutional Sales role leads institutional sales efforts in Saudi Arabia, focusing on financial institutions, family offices, and corporate investors. The candidate will drive business development, structure investment proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions. It requires deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and expertise in both conventional and Sharia-compliant investments.

An independent, DFSA-regulated investment management firm based in the GCC, offering a wide range of global asset management solutions. The firm specializes in both conventional and Sharia-compliant investments, delivered through funds, managed accounts, and structured products. It partners with globally recognized asset managers to serve institutional and high-net-worth clients across the region.
Description
* Build and manage relationships with institutional clients in KSA, including family offices and corporates.
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy aligned with regional trends.
* Present and structure tailored investment solutions, including Sharia-compliant products.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Represent the firm at industry events and provide market feedback to senior leadership.

Requirements:

* Proven sales track record and excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of GCC market dynamics and regulatory frameworks; Arabic fluency is a plus.
