Job description / Role
This opportunity is for our client based in KSA.
As the Head of Maintenance-ITS, you would be responsible for the identification of GAPs in overall services and maintenance portfolio of the project delivery. You would be responsible to review and approve the creation of maintenance procedures with definition of roles and responsibilities, plans for preemptive, scheduled & reactive maintenance by ITS Contractors. You will develop the Help Desk support (TAC 1), SLAs for ITS Systems and respective compliance matrices.
You will be responsible for the coordination of TAC 1 with TAC II & III support. You will share the project status and monitor the physical completion of the project. You will assist in shortlisting of engineering and technical staff of the ITS Contractors. You will attend progress review meetings with ITS contractors, evaluate progress and recommend major changes to achieve overall objectives.
To be successful you would ideally possess an overall 15+ years of significant experience in leading and delivering project management services focused on Service and Maintenance / Service Portfolio in large ITS projects in the field of transportation. A degree in Engineering, Transportation and communications Electrical & Electronics or any other similar field is a must. Charter ship / Post Graduate qualifications and Membership of relevant Professional organizations are advantageous.
