Description

* Develop and lead the medical strategy for priority therapeutic areas and products, ensuring strong scientific positioning.
* Provide deep clinical and scientific expertise to internal stakeholders including Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Market Access.
* Oversee all medical communication activities, ensuring scientific accuracy, ethical standards, and full compliance with relevant regulations and global SOPs.
* Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups to strengthen medical engagement.
* Lead evidence generation initiatives including Phase IV studies, real-world evidence projects, and investigator-initiated research.
* Drive internal medical training for cross-functional teams and elevate medical capabilities within the organization.
* Support product lifecycle management and play a key role in launch readiness for new products.
* Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and regional medical platforms.
* Provide leadership to the Medical Affairs team, ensuring operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
* Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution while upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards.

A successful Medical Affairs Head should have:

* Brings 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership roles.
* Demonstrates deep understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, and industry regulations.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, medical communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Adept at balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
* Possesses strong leadership capabilities, influencing skills, and a high standard of ethics and integrity.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts.
* Experience managing teams and working closely with commercial, regulatory, and clinical functions.
