The Head of Open Finance will spearhead the bank's new Open Finance Division, focusing on leveraging Open Banking, BaaS, and Embedded Finance to drive growth through a B2B2X model. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to monetise services, build partnerships, and establish the bank as a leader in the Open Finance ecosystem.

Description

* Strategy and Business Development: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the bank's Open Finance Division, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
* P&L and Commercial Focus: Take full ownership of the division's P&L, driving revenue generation, cost optimisation, and profitability.
* Product and Technology Management: Oversee the creation, management, and delivery of APIs, micro services, and other Open Finance offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and are market-ready.
* Market Engagement and Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with FinTechs, NBFIs, and other potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning the bank's offerings to meet those requirements.
* Scaling and Growth: Scale the Open Finance business line by expanding the product portfolio, increasing client adoption, and driving operational efficiency.
* Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Open Finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

* Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
