Head Of Operations (CAFM)

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking for a Head of Operations with a proven track record in leading the development and execution of connected, automated, and intelligent solutions for resource-intensive industries. The role is based in Riyadh, KSA and our client is a company under a leading expert over 45 years of technical expertise and operational experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Technology Infrastructure.

Key Qualifications:
• Adept at driving digital transformation across operations by integrating advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation
• Skilled in end-to-end operational leadership, cross-functional team management, and strategic process improvement, with a focus on delivering scalable, data-driven solutions tailored to complex industrial environments.
• Must have an extensive experience in managing P&L
• Responsible to the evolution of the products (Computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software solution, Building Management System (BMS), incident reporting platform, tec.)

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or digital transformation frameworks are advantageous

Experience:
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations using automation, AI, IoT, or smart infrastructure technologies

Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, ML, robotics, data analytics, digital twins)
• Familiarity with CAFM, CMMS, SCADA, ERP, and digital operations platforms
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems and cybersecurity practices for industrial environments
• Experience in managing systems integration, workflow automation, and digital maintenance strategies

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
