Job description / Role
- To ensure medical and service excellence in customer services.
- Assist CEO in translating business strategy and targets to actionable plans Promote patient safety, encourage patient and physician satisfaction, and provide quality services.
- To provide leadership to the hospital operations in conjunction with functional heads of the facility.
- To assist in working out business aligned budgets and optimize cost controls.
- Oversee the functioning of HR dept, marketing dept and general administration.
- To assist CEO in financial related decisions related to operations, marketing and manpower recruitment as per budget and financial authority guidelines.
- To lead quality initiatives like JCI in conjunction with medical & service quality teams.
- Stay current on hospital safety practices and comply with all state and federal mandates.
- Communicate regularly with physicians, HODs and staff.
- To be responsible for achieving monthly and annual financial targets as per management guidelines.
