Head Of Operations (Facilities Management)

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Head of Operations for our client, an FM service provider that is part of large group of companies based in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and execution of multi-site facilities maintenance operations, encompassing both hard and soft services. This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and fostering a high-performance team culture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of the KSA facilities management landscape.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role within the facilities management or O&M industry.
- Strong background in multi-site facilities maintenance management (both hard & soft services).
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of budget management, cost control, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills at a senior level, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients.
- Deep understanding of KSA local regulations and compliance requirements
