Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In partnership with the HR and business leaders, the role will design and implement a learning and talent development strategy supported with credible and robust tools, processes and systems to facilitate high organisational performance and agility for change through individual and collective competence with the ultimate goal of employee retention and engagement.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

* Learning & Talent development strategy and implementation: conceptualise, communicate and implement company L&TD strategy.
* Talent identification and assessment: Design and implement tools and processes to identify high potential employees (HIPO) and facilitate assessment at all stages of their development.
* Leading divisional teams: Ensure to implement agreed strategies, projects and development initiatives through divisional teams.
* Employee Development programs: design and roll out customised and competency based development programs for individuals (IDPs) and groups (supervisory/ management development etc) and enable LMs to prepare the plan and manage the progress/ assessment.
* Catalyst and change agent: Lead and monitor all cultural change initiatives by working with different business units or teams in strategic projects.
* ROI for learning investment: Ensure to assess the ROI of all L&D programs and propose alternatives for having a positive and efficient L&D culture.
* Localisation programs: Contribute and support divisional teams in development of local nationals.
* Company academy management: Act as custodian of academy from design to delivery and resource management to address the organisational talent needs. Continuously evaluate all programs, structure and capability to make it a "center for excellence"
* Learning for the digital age: using industry expertise, introduce various technology based cost effective learning solutions/ methodology to provide continuous learning opportunity for employees

Job Offer

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

* Saudi National (Must)
* 10+ years of experience managing full portfolio of learning/ training of a large organisation.
* Advanced understanding of talent development and management.
* FMCG Industry experience ideal
* Ability to motivate and lead a multi cultural team, influencing skills.
* Highly analytic
