We are looking for an experienced Head of Warehouse & Logistics Operations to lead and optimize warehousing, cold chain logistics, inventory management, and transportation across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. Description

* Oversee national operations of warehousing, cold chain logistics, inventory management, and transportation.
* Manage end-to-end logistics services from inbound to outbound, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
* Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting high performance and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with local and international standards, especially in cold chain management.
* Optimize warehouse operations to maintain accuracy in inventory and improve efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align logistics strategies with business goals.
* Monitor fleet management, ensuring effective route planning and cost-efficient transportation.
