Job description / Role
• Provide guidance, consultancy and on-site support to users during the product implementation phase, as they automate their clinical systems and processes as a key step in delivering better patient care.
• Provide overall implementation expertise and input to the project(s) and in support of a number of workflows and deliverables, including being responsible, under the direction of the project manager, for specific tasks such as:
• Collection of technical and infrastructure requirements for the technical studies phase.
• Collection of content and functional requirements
• Execution of testing scripts and processes, including during the uat phase.
• Executions of configuration management.
• Execution of in-class and on-the-job training sessions to healthcare professionals (may need to work on a 24/7 setting –weekends and night shifts)
• Monitor processes and check that the application works correctly and is permanently live
• Liaise with technical and functional teams, both from the client side and the company’s side
• Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives and deadlines are being achieved
• Support the business change, functional analysis and implementation evaluation processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation roles, with at least 3 years implementing ERM’s in clinical settings (on-site)
• Knowledge of hospital workflows, professionals and processes
• English and Arabic skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work in critical clinical environments, namely in emergency departments, with constringent deadlines, pressure and contact with patients
• Advanced computer skills and it orientation
• Availability to work in shifts
• Willingness and total availability to travel and commute between different projects
• Experience using Jira and BMC is preferred
• Availability and independent skills to travel by car in the region.
• Ability to collaborate in technical studies on-site and working with the design team in back end
• Act as a key facilitator agent between healthcare professionals and the selected his suite of products and assist (on-site) users to become familiarized and autonomous with the usage of the company's software.
