Contract Duration: Two-year renewable contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced female Early Years Teachers to join a reputable educational institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in American or British curriculum, a child-centered teaching approach, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for early grade levels (KG to Grade 2)
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Plan lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning outcomes
• Maintain effective classroom management practices
• Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership
• Participate in assessments, school activities, and professional development

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant teaching experience
• Proven experience in Early Years (KG to Grade 2)
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s in Education and/or PGCE
• Valid teaching license or teaching certification
• Experience with American and/or British curriculum
• Montessori training preferred
• Age range: 30 – 45 years (maximum)

• British
• Jordanian / Lebanese / Egyptian (must be fluent in English and Bilingual)
Bilingual candidates preferred.

Salary:
SAR 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
