Job Description
- Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
- Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
- Participate in the daily briefings and cascade the information of any special booking, VIP guests, promotions, and theme dinners.
- Participate in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
- Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provide recommendations to the guests.
- Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the manager from time to time.
- Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Russian language are a priority.
- Good communication skills in English language.
- Service-focused personality is essential.
- Flexibility in doing extra hours, break shifts, and other assigned additional tasks.
