Housekeeping Consultant - Client Side

Job description / Role

Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the efficient management and enhancement of executive housekeeping within their organizations. As a professional in this role, you will possess exceptional knowledge and understanding of various soft service areas, such as facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and other related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their soft service requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing soft service practices, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities for optimization.
- Create customized recommendations based on industry best practices, tailored to meet clients' specific needs, to enhance soft service efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, including training, process development, and change management initiatives.
- Continually monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented soft service initiatives, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and through written reports, to articulate complex soft service concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, hospitality, or facilities management.
- Proven experience in Housekeeping and soft service management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
- Strong knowledge in BICSc standards and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of soft service areas, including facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and related fields, with a demonstrated understanding of industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
