Position Title: HR Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission and company car

About the Client:
A leading American Pizza brand Franchise Group, based within KSA with over 4,700 restaurants globally.
Job Description:
• Key role in maintaining a tracker for all expiry dates of government related documents such as Iqama, Health Cards, Visa, etc.
• Handle Onboarding Process of new joiners locally and from overseas – including flight arrangements and joining orientation
• Coordinate with PRO on documents needed to be processed for both employee and employer like Trade Licenses and permits
• Manage employee requests related to certificates, vacation, schedule changes and overall records
• Update employee database on contract status, disciplinary action records, and performance related data
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Saudi national
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• With at least 2 years of experience in the same role
• A driving license with a car will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
