Charterhouse is working with a well-known multinational FMCG client who is looking to hire an HR Assistant Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join their Jeddah office.

As HR Assistant Manager the main purpose of your role will be to ensure the smooth handling of policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements. You will also be responsible for compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention, employee engagement and any legal issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate policies and procedures, as well as strategic organisational skills and supervisory experience. An understanding of what legal and government regulations may affect the HR function within business is also required. It is essential you are a native Arabic speaker.
