HR Business Partner - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading multinational looking for a HR Business Partner to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of HR Business Partner to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA. The candidate will act as a business partner by embedding the company’s HR strategies and by providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business.

Responsibilities would include:
- Providing HR business partnering support to business leads on company policies, processes, procedures and HR strategies
- Understanding the commercial business and processes and linking between HR strategies and business strategies
- Providing solutions to HR related issues and concerns for assigned business functions
- Leading on site HR projects, initiatives and campaigns
- Providing guidance, coaching and support to assigned functions in areas of recruitment, learning and development, organisational development, reward and benefits, talent management and employee relations
- Preparing the required management reports and ensuring that they are aligned with their objectives
- Acting as primary point of contact to the assigned functions
- Liaising with respective line managers and other regional and global HRBP colleagues
- Attending to issues arise, working with line managers and providing required solutions
- Contributing to HR strategy by building organisational capabilities
- Working with HR Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence for all relevant matters to ensure alignment of Corporate Functions to HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Developing monthly and customised activity reports to line managers as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar discipline (additional certifications preferred)
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in General / Specialist HR roles
