A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR business partner for their Jeddah office.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
• Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
• Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies and practices in the areas of performance and talent management, training, organizational development, leadership development, and recruitment.
• Responsible for communication and application of new HR projects and initiatives to employees and managers.
• Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
• Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments and functions in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, of which at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• General knowledge and experience in human resources with emphasis on talent acquisition, training, employee development, performance and talent management, employee relations, and corporate culture.
• Possesses strong business acumen and tactical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
