Job description / Role
Junior HR Consultant is required to be part of a team in one of our projects.
Candidate shall be able to perform all HR consultation activities such as:
- Developing all HR functions policies and procedures.
- Developing all employees manuals
- Performing all activities related to HR consultancy
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR consultancy
- Background: Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or any other related fields
- Excellent English Language (Spoken and Written)
- Arabic Speaker
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good team player
