HR Consultant - Planning, Policies & Procedures

Job description / Role

Aventus is currently assisting a major financial institution in KSA with an urgent mandate:

Role: Consultant - HR Strategy, Policies & Procedures

Start date: Immediate / ASAP

Role Objective:

Responsible for providing advisory services to the corporate support management to improve the capability of HR functions in line with the business strategic objective:
- HR Strategy and Planning
- HR Practices Development
- HR Programs and Projects
- HR policies, procedures & processes
- Leadership Management

The role will also include the development of KPIs for HR dashboard and HR performance reporting.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- HR subject matter expert
- A masters degree in human resources or relevant discipline would be advantageous
- 10 years minimum experience in similar role
- Previous experience working for an international consultancy firm
- Exposure to finance/banking industry
