EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading firm looking for an HR Director to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of an HR Director to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA. Candidates will provide human resource leadership in order to help the business transition into a high performance entity and drive the people agenda in terms of systems, processes, culture and creating a compelling employee value proposition that attracts, retains and energises key talent. In addition, ensures that all business and functions within the organisation have the optimum structure aligned to deliver business strategy for long-term, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities would include:
- Developing organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information analysis and recommendations to organisational strategies and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives
- Developing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefit plans, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, equal opportunity compliance and labour relations
- Leading the integration of programs and business strategies to maximise global and local business results in compliance with local regulations, clients and culture and workforce expectations
- Supporting the Department Heads and management team as a strategic partner
- Driving employee engagement in partnership with the functional leaders
- Providing HR partnership and consultations to leaders, managers and employees and educating them on available resources as appropriate
- Guiding and coaching managers on appropriately managing and resolving complex HR issues (e.g., performance management and total rewards)
- Leveraging best practices and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Partnering with team members throughout the HR organisation to communicate and educate on HR policies, procedures and compliances
- Providing consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation / execution of core HR programs

Requirements

- Master’s degree in HR or similar discipline (addition certifications preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of HR managerial experience with last 3 years working with a senior management team
