HR Director

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a leading Group in Saudi Arabia, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experienced Director of HR to join the Group’s head offices in KSA.

In this key role you will be managing the Group’s Human Resources teams and reporting directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and organization
• Managing all areas of HR operations: talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, insurances and others
• Ensuring that all operations are compliant with HR policies and procedures
• Supporting strong employee relations, overlooking career development
• Travel 50% is required

Requirements

• 5+ years’ relevant experience across Tourism, Hospitality and Development
• Experience working in large conglomerates in GCC region
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills, both written & verbal
• CIPD certification is an advantage
