Job description / Role
One of our clients based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently looking to hire a HR Director with a wealth of experience in HR, looking for their next challenge.
The ideal candidate has to have an experience within utilities sector and has an experience working in the UK or US.
The business is currently going through a restructure. In this role you will be focusing on all aspects in the HR function from operational to strategic - developing leadership, recruitment, compensation & benefits, ER, employee engagement, etc.
Your main objectives will be automating processes, transforming culture in the business and benchmarking.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years HR experience, ideally 8+ years in management (Head of or HR Director position)
* Fluent in English
* Managed all aspects of the HR function
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Experience with transformation and change management
