Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking on behalf of our client for a strong HR Generalist. Reporting to the HR Director, the person in this role is tasked with providing effective communication on recruitment, training and induction programs as well as implementing policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for all employee relations and retention, onboarding of new staff and manage the visa processes, performing annual and periodic staff appraisals and record management. Furthermore, handling governmental documents as well as preparation of reports is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

Ideally, experience within a corporate setting and a minimum of at least 5 years experience in the HR field is desired. Saudi Nationals are preferred.

Moreover, a transferable iqama is required from the candidate.
