HR Generalist - Saudi National

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring an HR Generalist to be based in Jeddah.

Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
• Administering compensation and benefit plans.
• Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training and development initiatives.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist. Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Recruitment and/or learning and development experience is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
