Role Summary:

- The position holder will lead BHGE commitments related to the Human capital investment inline with IKTVA . He or she will set the framework, develop KPI, measure delivery & execution for all other product companies in country. The role will report Directly to the BHGE HR Director - Saudi & Bahrain.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead a overall framework for execution of Workforce transformation.
- Lead Localization initiatives across all business and support the business to achieve the goals
- Partner with business leaders and IKTVA champions to define priorities and implementing actions & develop follow-up and operating rhythm
- Develop robust and achievable project plan with timelines & follow up on delivery
- Connect with main stakeholders locally and globally to follow-up on the workforce transformation business commitments
- Act as an advisor to business to help and support the business achieve their goals and act as an enabler and adviser to business on HR processes.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree preferably in Human Resource or related field.
- Previous experience in Organization & Talent Development is preferred as well as HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services.
- Demonstrated success managing projects and/or implementing process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.

- Excellent leadership skills& decision-making abilities; and ability to work & lead effectively in matrixed organization.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills & ability to present data in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
