HR Manager - KSA
A multinational manufacturing company setting up a new Plant in King Abdullah Economic City is seeking a HR Manager to set up their HR function.
- Report into the Plant Manager and be responsible for the set up of the HR function
- Implement new policies and procedures
- Keep employee records and manage employee relations
- Maintain employee benefits and transactions
- Conduct training sessions and maintain training calendar
- Lead recruitment processes including interviewing and on boarding new staff
- Administer payroll and HRIS reports
Requirements
- Min 5 years HR experience with exposure to Plant environment and experience recruiting staff within a Plant
- Bachelor degree
- Arabic speaking would be preferred
- Strong experience in HR processes and policies including KSA labour law
- Strong track record of employee engagement
