HR Manager - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading firm in the hospitality industry looking for an HR Manager to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of an HR Manager to be part of a growing team of hospitality professionals in KSA. The candidate will work with Human Resources and Operations employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including recruitment, compensation, training and development, association / labor relations and performance management.

Responsibilities would include:
- Assisting in interviews and hiring of Human Resource team members
- Establishing and maintaining contact with external recruitment sources
- Supporting the departmental orientation programs for effectively training new hires
- Ensuring the employees are effectively trained to support daily operations
- Co-operating with the management team to ensure departmental orientation processes and new hire training
- Assisting in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property such as developing daily communications and assisting scheduled property-wide meetings
- Reviewing progressive discipline and documentations for accuracy and consistency
- Ensuring compliance with procedures for accessing, reviewing, auditing employee files and ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act
- Overseeing the procedures for selection / non-selection and offers

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources
- HR Certifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and 3 years in management operations or related professional areas
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
