Job description / Role
- Fully accountable for the direction of all aspects of HR activities for Hyflux Saudi Arabia office
- Design and implement effective talent sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization
- Lead the change management and HR Process Re-engineering processes and program and manage key corporate HR projects
- Build close, effective relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment of the HR process and systems with business needs
- Oversee the utilization of standard processes, tools and training to help employees aligned with Hyflux culture, leadership values, job requirements while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Measure and analyze key metrics for the purpose of ensuring HR effectiveness and quality; and lead efforts to keep the HR team aligned and effective against key priorities
- Take reference and guidelines from Singapore Headquarter
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven competencies in organizational development and talent recruitment
- Team player with strong customer focus and service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Resourceful with good process re-engineering and problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure
- Fluency in English and Arabic
