Employment: Full Time

Saudi National candidates are preferred.
Total monthly package of 15-20K SAR depending on experience

• Use knowledge of various human resources functions, including but not limited to staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide strategic support to managers and employees.
• Provide information and consult with management in the strategic planning process. Develop human resources strategies and processes.
• Lead meetings to resolve issues. Provide objective feedback, make recommendations on issues as appropriate for both individual employee and managers.
• Counsel employees and management by interpreting company culture, values and policy, and employment law promptly and accurately.
• Provide leadership to create a productive, creative and harmonious work environment that reflects and advances SEL culture, values and objectives.
• Act as a liaison to other organizational functions when necessary.
• Supervise and mentor other staff as needed.
• Define and follow area processes.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Understand, create, simplify processes.

Requirements

• B.A or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related Business field
• Minimum of ten years related experience
• Solid knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures
• Excellent listening, interviewing, facilitating, negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, accepting ownership for assigned responsibilities
• Ability to identify organizational needs and deliver solutions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification in related field
