A leading financial leasing & installment Co. H.O in Riyadh seeks to appoint HR Manager will be responsible of all requirement of human resource activities including supervising performance appraisal, recruitments and other employee’s function and payrolls.
- At least 6 years of direct experience in HR management with particular competencies in performance management, Talent Management, Remuneration and Recruitment.
- Experience in working closely with senior management on developing and implementing better HR strategies and practices.
- preferably has worked with a major company with retail outlet and branches.
- Excellent planning , organizational skills and ability to work in a competitive environment as must.
