Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a regionally renowned and highly successful investment firm who are looking to hire a proven HR Manager to join their operations based in Riyadh.
For this full-time permanent role, you will be expected to manage the full HR operations of the head office and covering all KSA functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are compliant with internal regulations in addition to KSA Labour Laws. You will be a responsible for following up and monitoring all official portals as well as maintaining and updating all employee records within the internal system. This role will also support the GM with any recruitment needs, posting vacancies and sourcing profiles.
Requirements
The successful candidate will already be based in Riyadh and will possess HR Management experience, ideally within the retail or restaurant sector. It is essential that you are fluent in English both verbal and written, with strong communication skills and ideally you will be Degree educated. The successful candidate will be naturally skilled in diplomacy, able to exceed expectations and have a very strong work ethic.
