Job description / Role
• The HR Manager is expected to design and implement HR Strategies, and deliver recruitment activities, HR operations and solutions.
• Implement HR policies and procedures, and integrate plans that includes the engagement of employees and cultural development.
Requirements
• Degree in relevant discipline
• HR experience 10yrs+
• Happy to work in Al Khobar, KSA
• Must have experience working in either Facilities Management, Engineering or Contracting company
• Experience in: Local labor law, Policies Procedures, Recruitment, Training, Comp and Ben
