Reporting into the HR Director the HR Manager will be responsible for the full HR spectrum within the Jeddah based location

* Development and Management of the HR function
* Management of HR policies and Procedures
* Responsible for the day to day HR operations
* Managing the Employee Relations, Recruitment and Organisational change department
* Maintain and Develop the L&D and training function

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years experience working within an HR function
* Bachelor degree qualified - Ideally within HR or related subject
* Experience within manufacturing is preferred
* Multinational experience is preferred
