Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an industrial waste management company in Saudi Arabia, Swisslinx, Middle East is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for their offices in Jeddah.
This role is for a high-level and polished professional, with a highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Managing HR administrative tasks such as NOC letters, salary certificates, etc.
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Managing all HR government related tasks such as saudiaization, visas and insurance
• Prepare and draft labor contracts, job offers and other necessary documents
• Negotiate Health insurance benefits and coordinate KSA visas for clients and employees
Requirements
• 9+ years’ experience in an HR role within a well-established organization
• Excellent communication, administration and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic language
