Job description / Role
A highly successful multinational service business is looking for an organized and motivated HR Manager to drive change and further develop the HR function.
The remit is to develop and implement updated HR policies, the company handbook, systems, and HR operations. Day-to-day duties will include handling employee enquiries, supporting the management team with any people issues, handling promotions, training and development, new starters and leavers and employment engagement activities. There will be a strong focus on recruitment, with the support of a small team and the migration of payroll responsibility from the Finance function to HR.
We require a Saudi National with multi annual generalist HR experience who can think strategically but has a hands-on approach too. You will be joining a close-knit, multicultural management team who have a shared passion for driving the business success.
