Job description / Role
Multinational manpower services business requires an experienced HR Manager to join the Riyadh team.
The role will be varied and will include manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, visa/legal/licensing requirements, disciplinary process and payroll. You will also be required to manage the migration from a manual HR system to online.
You will manage a team to ensure the best HR services possible are provided to the business as well as the development of the HR team.
A full JD will be provided on application.
We require a Saudi National with 5 years or more experience in a business with a high volume workforce. You must be willing to be hands on and support your team in all areas and possess strong leadership and system skills.
