Job description / Role
- Develop the organizational human resources strategy
- Develop and implement a Saudization strategy for the group
- Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process system
- Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives.
- Manage and develop team of Saudization officers, where applicable.
- Budgeting and planning resources for Saudization programs and trainings
- Lead the Saudization (Netaqaat) effort for the Company
- Local hiring through career fairs at universities, direct recruitment and social networking
- Manage relationship with HRDF
- Experienced in retails or food industry
- Compensation Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Previous experience in the Hotel/Restaurant industry is desirable.(not necessary but preferred)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
